Daily Wellbeing Experience

Start the day with a group morning gathering and light fitness activities designed to energize the day and connect with fellow travelers. The program incorporates a skip-the-morning-meal approach, followed by a delicious lunch, with recommended and discounted food options available. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with a local doctor for a second medical opinion, adding a unique health and wellbeing resource to the experience.

Stay & Experience Belgrade

Stay in a mid-scale hotel in downtown Belgrade, giving you a convenient home base for the program. Spend time exploring the city, discovering its neighborhoods, restaurants, cafés, history, and nightlife while getting a genuine feel for Belgrade's vibe, culture, and energy.

Explore Beyond Belgrade

Take part in three organized day trips outside Belgrade to experience the surrounding countryside, nature, and smaller towns. Transportation is included, along with recommendations for local dining and discounted food options where available. These trips provide an opportunity to see a side of Serbia beyond the capital.

Signature Dinner Parties

Enjoy four signature dinner parties featuring four-course meals with a homegrown, local flavor. Mingle with Belgrade residents over a glass of local wine, meet local well-being providers, and experience Serbian culture, food, and hospitality in a relaxed social setting.

The Trek4Well Group

Travel with a group of 30–50 people, primarily U.S.-based and English-speaking, who share an interest in health, well-being, travel, and new experiences. Meet fellow Trek4Well travelers, build new connections, and experience Belgrade together as a community.
